With nearly 15 years of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Bryan has written professionally at almost every level. Through that experience, Bryan has produced multiple pieces of work that have garnered the attention of local, regional, and national news publications. Previously, Bryan was the Manager of State Government Affairs and Policy for ChristianaCare, Delaware’s largest private employer. In that position Bryan developed high-level white papers, public policy positions, executive speech writing, scripts, board reports, and internal communications. Prior to that, Bryan served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Delaware Lt. Governor Bethany Hall Long. In that role Bryan led internal and external communications strategies including social media, website content, speech writing, and media relations. As Managing Partner of WordUp Writing Solutions, Bryan has worked with clients of all sizes to develop personalized writing solutions and strategies to boost business and build brand awareness.

Chelsea Gordon, Managing Partner

B.S. Elementary Education, Wilmington University

M.Ed. English as a Second Language & Bilingual Education

Chelsea has over nine years of experience in education and writing. She has served in many roles within the education field including classroom teacher with a certification in special education, teacher of talented and gifted, teacher of multilingual learners, school testing coordinator, and multi-tiered systems of support co-lead. Chelsea also has extensive writing experience in the education field and beyond, having written grants to obtain educational funding, student individualized education plans, website blogs and articles, and flyers for advertisement. She has also worked with students and school administration to direct daily school news broadcasts, writing daily video scripts and promotions. She has always had a love and passion for writing and has enjoyed helping hundreds of students become better writers themselves. Chelsea resides in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and daughter.
